Your tufting gun order comes with 1 cut pile scissors and 1 loop pile head.
The machine can do one mode at a time and needs to be manually adjusted for the other. We recommend you get familiar with your preset before changing the pile height or the pile mode.
The tufting machine operates under 200-250V voltage and uses type A socket. A voltage converter or a power adapter might be needed depending on your location. If you are from the US, you can purchase a transformer like this. (the power rating of the converter should be at least 360w)
